Engagement of our services can be through a number of flexible arrangements that are adjusted to suit your requirements and your needs.
An Executive Coaching Arrangement, typically over a six or twelve month period. This includes a minimum of 6-8 formal coaching sessions, with additional support available for the executive, as requested, on telephone or email. This way the executive can benefit from having ‘real time’ support and challenge to enable them to be most effective in the role and accelerate their personal learning.
Project-specific engagement – contracted for a defined period / project requirement.
Day rate engagement – very flexible and can be extended or terminated with ease and minimal advanced notice.
Fixed cost for the delivery of the service – an upfront defined and agreed cost for delivering your HR needs.
