HER STYLE
Her style has been described as a blend of working in a very hands-on pragmatic way, resolving issues whilst retaining the ability and experience to move into a strategic debate, inspiring, facilitating and contributing as appropriate. Her approach to leading an HR function is highly commercial, seeking ways to reduce the HR spend to revenue ratio whilst constantly raising the bar and improving leadership capability, diversity, retention and engagement.
Anne’s passion
Anne’s passion is for driving high performance through building and developing talented teams. For example, between 2014 – 2017 she was part of a leadership team that achieved profitable revenue growth across highly diverse markets, adding a further twenty countries to the existing seventeen, consolidating a market leadership position in most countries. The revenue performance percentage improvement was in the high single digits and we delivered double-digit profit percentage performance (EBITDA). This performance was enabled by our strategic approach to our leadership and talent acquisition and development over this period.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work, she is a keen runner, having come ‘late’ to running about ten years ago and proud to have completed two marathons so far. She enjoys yoga, gardening, travelling to obscure places and food – both cooking and eating!
